Brilliant to see this cafe back! Enjoyed a mum and baby brunch. The eggs Benedict and Royal were very tasty and they catered to my 9 month old who is dairy free. Will definitely be back. It's a perfect coffee stop when at the nearby park.

Took my elderly parents for brunch. Staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was lovely. Particularly impressed with the eggs Benedict. Eggs poached to perfection, bacon cooked really well and home made hollandaise sauce obviously made with free range eggs as it was so yellow!Cakes looked lovely and a good price, but had no space, so will have to visit again. I understand the hot pork sandwiches at the weekend are good too.The chef can definitely cook.

I had gone for an extra large breakfast. And I must say I was severely disappointed with the food.1. What was wrong was, the price XL breakfast is £10 and clearly what I got was not good for value at all.2. For the price I only got half a mushroom3. For the price, where was the baked beans - (none existent)4. The black pudding was too crispy and rubbery - like eating a car tyre5. Sausages were burnt and rock solid like eating bricks - would of been better off serving me still frozen.6. For the price I paid, where was my toastMy wife also had the vegan breakfast and also that was disappointing.Through it all the conclusion is the chef/cook clearly can't cook properly.Through the whole experience I feel that I have been mugged for what I paid.I have visited other places in Dronfield and got the large breakfast and paid less and got better value for my money and it was cooked properly. Will not be going back in the future at all.Bring back the old owners.

Great cafe nestled in the corner of the Gosforth Mwdical centre. Compact, clean and welcoming the Snug serves coffees, teas, frappe and a selection of cold drinks with bagels, brioche, sandwiches and Jacket Potatoes. I had the Tuna Mayo on Brioche, the missus a chicken and bacon panni. Both were very well prepared and presented with quality, fresh ingredients.

Lovely little cafe, with good, reasonably priced food & very child friendly! Visited wirh my 22 month Granddaughter, & ordered half jacket potato with cheese & beans. Served on child friendly dish & plate, & with child cutlery. The adult food was excellent too!
