Staff member wasn'tvery helpful ending my 4year old stepdaughter had an accident as she desperately needed the loo. And staff refused her to use theirs. I understand it's not normal practice but as there's no toilet facilities around due to everything being shut. Thought they would have been a bit more sympathetic towards a 4 year old. Very dissatisfied with the level of customer service and humanity

I remember when it opened, and some of my more snobbish neighbours were not at all pleased. Have a feeling most of them now pass through the front doors on a regular basis;-) Besides, it was always the natural successor to the Woolworths store that it took over. Always love looking around for bargains, and occasionally find the odd gem, such as decent coffee pods.

Rude staff this evening 17.50. Asked for celotape and a 2nd assistant spoke to me like I didn't understand English. They need to be careful that they are not portraying any prejudices as all should be welcome like other branches!

Nice friendly staff. Free parking just outside.Lots things to buy.Took some default items back today. The manger was great about. Has a good feel factor with the team
