Not very good when first person spoke with caught in a lie. Upsetting time as is made distrust worse. Avoid if you can. Dont bother asking me to contact to sort this review as I wint change my mind a lie is a lie no getting around it. In response to I'm not a client well allegedly I am a beneficiary of a client so that makes it even more serious a complaint. At the end of the day regardless if client or not rhen first point of contact should still not lie!!!!

A great service from start to finish. 2 years ago my husband and I walked into PHH solicitors to speak with Martin Shipway about a making a claim in employment tribunal. I was heavily pregnant, extremely stressed and had no idea about my rights or what I should do.From the start Martin was professional and very clear about my options and the process that I would be going through.On the whole, Martin and his secretary Tracey have been prompt to deal with my queries and have been very easy to deal with.Martin picked a barrister to appoint to me for the tribunal dates and his choice did not disappoint! We have never come across a solicitor who refused to see us or to take our calls before we used PHH to act in selling one property and buying another. There was NO communication too us, we had to ring or email and when a (non) problem arose, it was through the estate agent that we found out. Whilst the person we dealt with was personable on the rare occasions that we did communicate, she was almost always unavailable, out of office or off sick. Some 4 months down the line, we discover that there is still documentation missing. AVOID!!!
