Elands Veterinary Clinic, Dunton Green Surgery

Great vet care, I have been using Elands for over 10 years after a very bad experience elsewhere. They have always looked after my cat and dog with the greatest of care. All the vets and receptionist staff are lovely. I would highly recommend.

Horrible Vet in Dunton Green Branch. Receptionist Angela was extremely rude, disorganised and unhelpful. We were suppose to pick up some antibiotics for my sick pet in a hurray.The referral vet told them a day before to get the pills ready, but they never bothered to follow up. She purposely made my boyfriend wait for over 40 minutes, and insist the medicine just not there.Insisted we have £900 outstanding bill £600 was without any descriptions. Later came out that there were a two sets of drugs over £100, we didn't even use. They still managed to charged us. (If wasn't for us to request to see the bills in details.)She consistently accusing we were rude. All we asked for if you could appreciate if you could speed up as we have very sick pet at home. You would think if you pay over thousands for vet fee, they would at least treat you as a customer. Have looked after and loved all our family pets for years x wonderful vets and very helpful kind staff x your pet always comes first x would highly recommend

Sadly we had to have our dog put down yesterday. Charlotte and her team were so compassionate. We were encouraged to take our time spending the last few moments with her. They made the experience as pleasant as possible and even arranged paw prints for the dog for our children. Thank you

We have been with Elands for 10 years now and found them to be very caring and compassionate people, they are a wonderful team of staff and we know our pets are in the best hands recieving the highest standards of care which gives us peace of mind when any surgeries arise, i cannot praise and recommend this service highly enough.

We have used Elands since we re homed Leo 4 years ago. The care he has received has been exemplary on each visit. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Always friendly and helpful. Easy to get an appointment. I feel my dog is in good hands if he ever needs treatment.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my rabbits now. Ionas knowledge and manner is excellent and she is always happy to listen and explore my concerns. She never suggests treatments just for the sake of it, and always gives such a thorough examination of my two bunny’s. Really grateful to have her as our vet!
