Have a dual fuel range cooker and it broke down. This company we’re happy to help. Office staff were organised and responsive. Great service from the engineer Nigel who was very polite and accommodating and a credit to this company. Would highly recommend and will use again!

Replaced a cooker control unit on my range cooker. It was easy to book an appointment and explain what needed repair. Call out charges were explained at time of booking. Nigel from GTE called ahead and arrived on time with the correct part. The work was carried out quickly, professionally and without any fuss. Would have no hesitation using GTE for any future repairs and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Thank you so much for a prompt response to my washing machine breakdown. The telephone was answered immediately by someone who was polite and efficient and the repair man came on time, and let me know before when he was arriving. A brilliant experience and I will use GTelectrical again.

100% as always.An appointment was made 2 days after contacting them at my convenience. Paid initial call out charge, then just new parts required to fix leak in washing machine. Very reasonable, highly professional and friendly team. Always my go to. Has saved me potentially hundreds in not needing to buy another washer.Very, very satisfied

Ive used Nigel at GT Electrical for my dishwasher and washing machine repairs last year and have been really pleased with his work. Always professional, prompt, approachable, great value and most importantly gets the machines working again so I didn't need to replace!

Pointless exercise trying to repair our oven. Very quick to come round and take a look. Diagnosed in minutes and took £85 for callout and labour with just the part left to pay for. When they finally called back we was told the part is obsolete.

I had them pop round after booking with domestic & general to repair my washing machineThey called a couple of days before to discuss the problem and turned up on time for the appointment with exactly what was needed to make the repair there and thenI can't remember the name of the guy who attended (I'm absolutely awful with names) but he was great, very friendly and took care to not damage our flooringA great experience all round
