I struggle with medical appointments because of PTSD the staff here were amazing. They explained all my options and it took only 2 hrs from my appointment time to being seen twice and having an x-ray. There are a lot of negative reviews on here that I dont agree with, sounds like a lot of entitled people who thinks the world revolves around them. Imagine not having an NHS and having to pay for everything yourself. You would still have to wait

I went with my daughter to see a dentist for her dental problem. First there was barrier control car park and the ground floor was only for blue badge holders. The car park was nearly full but we mange to get a space. When u enter hospital security staff told you to put a new mask on before heading to reception.Reception desk was short on staff and the receptionist was taking ages to deal with each customer. It made me late 5 min for my appointment. Other then reception desk all other staff was nice and friendly. Waiting time was about 40 minutes thats not too bad. Dentist were very friendly and helpfull. If you have an appointment there then make sure you reach there about 20 min early for car park and reception.

I took my son for his appointment the receptionist were very nice and booked us in and then told us where to go for the appointment. I didn’t have to wait long till our dentist called us and was very patient and explained the procedure that we have to get done. The downside is just have to wait for another appointment for the procedure now but the dentist Erik Andresen was amazing and kind.

Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone?I have been trying all day get through to rearrange an appointment with no luck, very bad service which then leads to you having to rearrange your work and day just to attend the appointment.Clearly the receptionists are not doing their job properly and this issue needs addressing.

They do not pick up the phone, I've been trying non stop for 2 days. I don't understand why, very frustrating. Even tried phoning the other numbers online connecting to this dental hospital for a little help in getting through to the emergency department but no nd I'm being told totally different phone line but the emergency dental phone line always pick up, but they obviously never do, Ridiculous.

Once you are there the treatment is second to none. If you need to contact them for any reason, perhaps to cancel or change an appointment it is impossible. There are signs all over hospitals, medical centres, clinics informing patients of the cost when a patient doesn't turn up for an appointment. We have been trying to cancel an appointment now for 3 weeks and they are simply not answering the phones.

receptionist on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, she unfortunately didn’t help with my situation at all. I suggest you hire people who actually have some degree of customer service skills

The services when I have appointments are great when I meet them in person but when it comes to calls they never answer it’s so frustrating because I always want to make sure I know what days I am in so I don’t miss them.

I had erupting wisdom tooth problem, decided to have tooth removed.. after the extraction I had big infection followed by 2 types of antibiotics, after infection had problems with my gums . I have been seen by dentist several times, but nobody can help. 2 years later I'm still suffering with sore gums where dentist complitely stripped my gums off and stiched back with bit of my inner cheeck attached.. I'm in pain and gums are pulling to the point when my mouth is watering. All the specialist saying it heald fine. Absolutely disagree, but nothing I can do. I'm sure the dentist made mistske, but nobody will take responsibility.
