One of the worst housing associations going. Only care about profit. There is no communication from them with important issues. Expect them to turn up with the police if there's a neighbourly issue rather than getting involved prior. Stay well clear to save your own mental health and needles suffering for your family. From someone who's giving their honest opinion about this mess of a company.

Best place I spent during my placement and especially when u start your journey into housing

A good mate of mine been living in a property run by these thieving con artists for the last 2 and half years when he moved in a housing officer voluntarily offered to fill out his forms for him as he has dislexia and she had wrongfully overcharged him nowthey've recently increased the communal gas bill up a £10 and hes found they're claiming from the surcharge that is £10 extra charge since he first moved in if the bill hadn't of been increased he wouldn't have noticed the problem plus half of the tenants in the same place dont have any gas bill some of them have a bill but its less I wonder how many more people this has been happening to?

Since February 2023 I’ve made a number of phone calls regarding possible damp issue in my property two maintenance staff have been to my property the last on the 26th May 2023 to investigate to be told this needs to be once gain sent over to the person who deals with Damp issues the maintenance person did a detailed report including photos taken removing stepping board and produced a full report while at my property and it’s now the 17th September 2023 left with no response from the detailed email sent over from the gentleman who came out explained that if he carried out the repairs the same problem would re-occur. I have taken a number of days holidays off from work to be at my property to meet a member of there maintenance team to be still left now with a non fixed stepping board which is dangerous and possible damp which I’m told they take very serious obviously not very seriously, but if I was to stop paying my rent, I’m sure they would take that seriously and will be knocking on my door for any outstanding payments very unprofessional company.

Very nice people always, to deal with and very aware and consideratetheir tenants needs immediate.Been tenant since 2015!

Director and her team think it’s funny bullying vulnerable tenants that nearly result in suicide, I’ll expect a number off tenants have pass away sadly due to the harassment and bullying to the uks most vulnerable people,Only word I can say is the director and her team are murders, where see when your jobs gone and when them tear start I’m going laugh and bully you see how you feel

Allow tenants to make other tenants lives a misery and only offer a chat with the nuisance neighbours! Also leave them to have their garden full of rubbish that is overflowing and smelling.

Staff not very helpful with regards to anti social behaviour and nuisance dog barking till all hours. Problems within the complex are never addressed or resolved.
