Yes it's a chain store but... Always friendly staff. They go the extra mile. Good prices (especially when an offers on). Prints are good. Canvas prints come out really great (though fingerprints won't come off).

A great buying experience. One sales assistant in a small shop with a limited but correct selection of cameras and accessories, very smart of Jessops. Got great advice on a Boxing day sale item, with a case also on sale, and a three year guarantee for £23. Perfect..

I was very impressed by the staff in this store. I had bought a camera which, I discovered when I got home and started to play, had a serious fault. Nothing they could have known about as it was sold in a sealed box. When I returned there the camera was swiftly and politely replaced. Sometimes things go wrong, it's how it is dealt with that separates good service from bad.

Tristan was super helpful! Always a pleasure being served by someone who clearly has a passion for the products and a great knowledge! Eli in the printing section went the extra mile, trimming our print to just the right size and was really patient. Great work guys!

Alfie was a well informed gentleman with a fantastic knowledge of all of the products in the shop. He helped my partner and I from start to finish on buying her camera and offered us services and products that would compliment our purchase. There was know hard selling and we left feeling genuinely very pleased.Skill and talent like Alfie has should be recognised and promoted! Very happy with our experience of the Jessops store in general.

Came in on a Monday morning and was served by Billy. Purchased a canvas print.My original picture wasn't quite right for what I wanted but Billy made all the necessary adjustments so it fitted the canvas perfectly. Very happy with the Canvas.Thank you Billy and to the young lady who also served me. Your service was excellent and will recommending Jessops Norwich.

There's a story as to why I think Jessops is an outstanding shop but that is a story for another time. I have used Jessops for all my Photographic requirements for quite a long time and have never had the slightest cause for complaint. The staff are great being knowledgeable and helpful. It goes without saying that the shop has an excellent all-round array of equipment to suit experts or beginners and an attractive area of telescopes. Have a browse if you feel that's what you want. They don't mind and they don't harass you either.

Very good selection of products especially for professional photographers or even just enthusiasts. Generally a very well presented and stocked store with helpful staff. If you're not buying your gear only, then I recommend this store.

When I went in this morning, the young man I saw was so very helpful. He helped put the WiFi on my camera so I could put my photo's directly onto my phone. Not once did he make me feel stupid because I had no idea what I was doing. Well done. Always so very helpful when you visit the shop.

Edited 03/8 - Jessops have good deals and offer interest free finance so ideal for large purchases. I would still not recommend any professional service such as sensor cleaning due to an issue I had around 8 months ago.
