Big Green Self Storage

This is my third consecutive annual period in which I have stored my household items with BGS. Three years ago I was badly let down at the very last minute by a competitor storage company (the one which uses a very bright colour as their name and logo), and the boss of BGS actually called me himself: initially he was unable to accommodate me but I took a container at Fleur de Lys and I was overwhelmed by the extent to which BGS wanted to help. I have renewed for my third year and I am very, very happy with the facility provided. I don't visit the site often but it is secure and well maintained. My lock up is dry and clean. Telephone contact is always friendly and knowledgeable. Any issues pertaining to the site as a whole are communicated by email. Thank you very, very much from a loyal customer.

Very reasonable price for a spacious and secure unit in a convenient location for us. Communication has been really good.

I've dealt with Andrew and the ladies at the office for a little under 4 years now and don't have a negative word to say. The ladies are always polite and helpful and Andrew continues to provide safe, secure and clean storage facilities.By far the cheapest around, wouldn't go anywhere else.

An excellent company well run always explain everything when yo take over your container the containers are clean and security is excellent I would highly recommend Pengam self storage
