Leigh and Shannon were great, it was my first time buying a property and they were efficient and always quick to respond to my emails, and explained anything that wasn't clear to me. The cost breakdown was clear, so I knew what I was paying for exactly, and overall the process of putting in offers and then the legal process of buying my flat was much easier than I had anticipated thanks to them. When there was a small mistake with a cashback incentive from the bank they were quick to fix it. Overall I am very satisfied with their service.
