Livelo London - Performance Bike Rental and Guided Tours

Service was incredible and the bike was in perfect condition. Came with a multi tool and CO2/extra tubes in case you get a puncture, and they installed the pedals I asked for ahead of time. So happy with the bike delivery and pick up too, could not have been easier. I’d recommend Livelo London to anybody! They make it so easy!

Rented an incredible road bike from Livelo to do the London to Brighton cycle - super high spec top of the range. The bike was brand new, and absolutely mint condition. Livelo went out of their way to deliver and arrange return pick up of the bike to me by Uber (as I needed out of hours) which makes the service perfect for a short hire after a day cycling. This was my first road racing bike, and I needed some help figuring out how the gears worked and how to lower the seat (I’m so amateur!) to which the owner called me from New York to help walk me through in the phone. Really blown away by their customer service. Will use again when I next do an event!

Great way to see a bit of London and the surrounding. They deliver the bike directly to your hotel making it easy to start riding as soon as you arrive. Best way to beat jet lag.

I was in London for a few days on business and had gaps in meetings, so decided to rent from Livelo and get some rides in. Experience was awesome, the company rep kept in touch over text to coordinate delivery, pickup, and check in on how my rides were going. The price was totally reasonable given that I got a newer model Bianchi (disc, ultegra) vs the older Treks that were the best things the nearby shops had to offer. Accessories showed up with the bike, so I literally only brought my shoes and Garmin- Livelo had everything else I needed. Now I need to plan more business trips in places they serve - get to Shenzhen guys!

I ordered a bike in Barcelona, got an email confirmation from them a day before. The bike never showed up as promised, and no one even called.Horrible service, this is appallingAnother time I rented a bike from them in London, and the bike was ok, but when I came picking it up, it wasn’t prepared or even cleaned. I used it to ride, and it didn’t break in the middle of the ride - that’s why considering both events, I’m rating Livelo at 2 stars.Would not recommend

Livelo was amazing! I specifically loved my tour guide Mike who took me to Windsor palace as well as around London hills. Overall it was an excellent experience while studying abroad.
