Derby bus station

Lovely clean bus station with large convenience store and cafe. Staff are always helpful about connections. Access to toilets is free which is right and how it should be.Some require a door adding in the ladies however.

Easy to get around and find the bus gate. Nice little convenience store in the arrivals/departures hall.

Toilets are rubbish. One stall is blocked off, one, doesn't have a door, one doesn't have a lock, leaving one available. Both hand dryers don't work. Been like this for months.

This bus loads from platform 3 at Derby bus station not platform 23. Update this as it makes me miss my bus.

Enjoyed the cafe within a well stocked convenience store. National Express bus was on time.

Stupidly controversial bus station due to the demolition of the old bus station; however, there's really no comparison between the two.Warm (for the most part), dry, out of the wind, generally clean and well staffed so pretty much safe.The information boards are airport style, giving bus number, destination and time, they're electronic so are pretty much live and are pretty accurate.Theres a superb mini supermarket that sells pretty much everything and is great for grabbing a drink or hot/cold snack...it's also superb if you're a little drunk as it sells random stuff that you only ever buy after a few alcoholic beverages.There are toilets...but they're a bit grim depending on the time of day and sometimes free but sometimes cost 20p or thereabouts.

This is a good bus station. The departure bays are well laid out and numbered. Departure times are displayed on overhanging boards. There is a supermarket which sells hot takeaway food and a cafe next door. A toilet,bus information office and coach trip office is also available.

Compact and heavily used Bus Station serving most of Derbyshire and beyond. Information regarding travel is clearly posted on large overhead information boards. Toilet facilities, charging 30p, and a large shop selling food, drinks, sweets, magazines and dailey newspapers, with a small cafe, are on site

Security staff are rude, toilets are beyond comprehension, hand dryers don't work, doors/locks are broke, dearnt say ote to anyone as they'll just turn and go I dunno"Next to nowhere to sit at the bays due to reduced seatingliterally the worst place to be if your don't drive!!Nothing more I can say really!!"

It has toilets, a shop and seats.Beautiful scenery, just a shame the buses are unreliable.
