Like others have commented. Such a poor business. If you find offering parcel collection/return an inconvenience, don’t offer it! Staff were unhelpful, verging on rude. It doesn’t give a good impression and as a consequence I wouldn’t be likely to drop in for any other type of purchase. Can’t see the business lasting long if it doesn’t change.

I went along today to return a parcel to Amazon to be told that Amazon do not accept returns any more. They only put them in the bin anyway." When I expressed surprise and disbelief I was told to go home and call customer service. This I did - to report the store owner. I have my refund. Definitely a store to be avoided..."

Extremely poor service. I ordered Amazon parcel to be delivered to that shop. The courier attempted to deliver 3 times and was unable for some strange reason. I went to the shop and the guy without even checking my name or address said straight away: nothing has been delivered. Machine says no". Finally my parcel has been returned to Amazon and now awaiting for refund.Avoid. Never use this address for delivery."

Unhelpful with my parcel collection. Came back 4 consecutive days after getting an email they have received it from my courier which they had denied. On my last visit, they told me again they have not received it but I found the parcel myself within the pile of parcels they had. Shopkeeper was soo rude blaming it was my fault for not knowing what my parcel looked like so it was easily identifiable.

Extremely rude! What a bad old man! The parcel should been there and he firstly did not scan my QR code and let me find my parcel by myself. Second, the apps shows that the parcel has been delivered on Saturday, but he says his driver is not working. I am afraid that he stoles my parcel!

Incredible rude staff, especially the woman that works here. They lost/stole my parcel that was confirmed by the driver to have been dropped off, just shrugged their shoulders and were unprofessional, the woman was rolling her eyes and being really sarcastic for no reason. I’m just trying to collect the item I ordered online, but they wouldn’t give it to me. Avoid this tragic shop.

Like others have mentioned the staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. Refused to take my parcels saying the shop was full. Didn't care that I had walked 20 minutes to get there and did nothing to help. Shop was also a mess with parcels lying all over the shop floor.

Really poor service. Shouted at by the shopkeeper for politely enquiring about a missing inpost parcel that was returned 2 days after arriving at the shop. Was given a box of parcels to rummage through on the floor while being blamed for not collecting the same day. Shopkeeper didn’t even bother to check my code and/or tracking and questioned “do you even want the parcel anyway”. Bizarre. Avoid !!!
