Kinder City - Nursery

Safia and her team works exceptionally hard in keeping your child safe and happy. Safia in particular makes every effort to accommodate you with whatever your needs are around childcare. If you have any concerns or worries you can approach her comfortably and she will act on it in a professional manner. My daughter has flourished in Kinder City and she loves going there. Thank you so much for helping her grow as a confident little girl.

My child really enjoys her time at Kinder City and I happily leave her there each day. It is obvious that she is learning already and is better at socialising than before nursery.The manager, Safia, is amazing and goes the extra mile to make sure each child feels welcome and learns to their full potential, and obviously cares about each child and their families.I would have no hesitation in recommending Kinder City to friends and family.

Our experience with Kinder City nursery was really good. My daughter started there when she was 1year and a half. Being our first child it was a lot of anxiety leaving her to nursery but staff here really helped us both. Shaila spent extra time with me daily telling me in detail how my dauther was during the day. After a while I was confident without the extra talk.During our time in nursery we catch two managers, Safia the current manager is really lovely and she came with a few changes as healthy food, no more sweets on birthdays, a lot of new activitie, etc. I felt that she has focus a lot to all children to feel included with all the things that we were doing at home, having a lot of celebration from different countries.About cleaning... I felt it was ok, normal to a nursery, i loved that they were doing a lot of activities and she learded a lot being there.Another thing that I loved they were really open about people routine and being our first nursery I tought this is normal, now me moved out from luton and realised how important it was that they were so flexible.No negative things to say, if we had any problems they were always open to discussion and we sort it out together.

Really nice place, all staff are so kind and helpful. When Eva started in January with a cry but with in few days she starts loving Kinder city and she want to go nursery every day. She really likes this place and you people played very important role in her development. Thank you all staff for your help and care.
