TYF Adventure

After our Kayaking was cancelled due to high winds (good call) multiple options were presented to us, so we went Coasteering and surfing instead! Joe took us out Coasteering which was a brilliant morning spent in the crashing waves, slimy rocks and pumping white water. It felt totally safe throughout and even learnt some fun facts about Barnacles!Matt then took us for surf lessons in the afternoon and I must admit I have a new found respect for surfers. It was a lot tougher then I had imagined, but after careful instruction I actually managed to stand up. I’ve done activities with TYF a couple of times now and they are the best in the business, thanks for an awesome day!

The four of us had a great time. Dom and Dave ensured we were safe at all times and encouraged us to take that leap of faith which we would never have made otherwise. Great family fun and worth every penny.

Discovery coasteer was a fantastic adventure for my self and my 8 year old. Ricky was a fabulous guide and the insights into nature, from the characteristics of barnacles to samphire tasting. The highlight for me was being watched by a very relaxed male seal who was happily floating in the swell. For my son, jumping from high rocks, traversing the cliff at low level and falling in safely. To being whooshed by waves under the safe guidance of Ricky. An awesome experience. Thanks team TYF!

Did some surfing lessons with these guys and the entire experience was perfect. Equipment from my limited knowledge seemed very good, with great condition wetsuits and surf boards that looked brand new. Dom the instructor was brilliant and such a credit to this place, made the lessons very informative but kept the whole thing high energy and fun. Come away far more confident in the water and on a board. Can't wait to go again.

I had the best time at TYF Adventure! I done the Discovery Coasteer activity with Joe as my instructor and it was an amazing experience. Joe was a great leader very friendly and nice to everyone, he made the session great for us all!! I will definitely be coming back.

Had a fantastic time coasteering.Teigen,Joe & Don were amazing.Don was a great instructor...so enthusiastic & patient... we felt safe & not old...ha ha.!!Teigan gave us loads of info & if it wasn't for her enthusiasm these 55/59 year olds would not have gone coasteering.Joe in the shop helped us out buying a wetsuit & also gave us loads of advice.TYF is a very professional setup & we would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to explore Pembrokshire.We will be back next year.Many thanks....Wayne & Paula.

My two children and I had a brilliant time kayaking and coasteering. Ricky and Tegan made the whole experience really good fun, while instilling confidence with ease! We’d definitely go back and do it again!

Thanks to Molly we had the most amazing coastering experience! We were guided down a zigzag path to the sea at high tide and then had fun trying to swim in the ultra buoyant wetsuits and life jackets. We were taken to a variety of different areas for jumping and we could explore the cliffs and cave entrances that normally are only frequented by seals! We even saw a school of fish jumping. Molly kept us safe without crowding us and pointed out interesting features and information about the coastline as we went along. Thank you for a fabulous experience!

From the beginning to the end, the experience has been extremely positive. We could have quality time as a family, including our little dog who joined us in the kayak. Sam was not only fantastic by explaining to us how to manoeuvre the kayak, but also by introducing us to the wildlife around us. Molly was very friendly and supportive when needed. Matt, who did the booking, was very kind and helpful. Overall, my 14 year old kid said that he would love to come back soon. We agreed!

We were a group of 7 on a first-time coasteering trip led by Matt. We had a fantastic experience - we felt safe at all times but also had a huge amount of fun. Matt gradually increased the level of challenge in the cliff jumps but there was never any pressure to do them if you didn't want. Recommended!
