The optician was great; I was told there was nothing to pay initially by a sales person as I was paying by direct debit but then charged for 10 weeks supply £31.50. This was a bit confusing, especially as I had been told from the start, that there was nothing to pay?

I came here for an eye test after seeing the positive reviews, and thought it's important I leave my own in the hope that it helps others pick it too. Staff are really thoughtful, proactive and explained everything really well. The eye tests and health checks were comprehensive, overall I thought it's great value for money given the experience.

excellent staff and service but the lens and frames are really expensive. quoted £430 for a single pair with verifocal lens and designer frames. i went to specsavers to compare and only cost £290 and they do 2 for 1 so got an extra pair free. they were also pushing me to take out the payment plan which i didnt want but no surprise if they charge that much more than specsavers.

The optician was great but trial contact lenses still not arrived after 11 days, and each time l phone to chase, kept on hold for 15 minutes then get cut off. Very frustrating.

After injuring my eye whilst gardening I popped into Vision Express in Tesco Pitsea to get it checked. The optician there was kindness itself and very thorough. After confirming I had scratched my eye he recommended some antibiotic drops in case of infection together with drops for lubrication. After 5 days I am very happy to say my eye is now ok.

I am very happy with my visit.I was coming for a routine eye test.The optician found some issues with my nerve.He had me booked in at Southend eye hospital for the next day.

What a great team you have here! My daughter had an eye test booked and was very apprehensive about having it done. 3 of your team members helped to talk her round and get the test done the best they could with what she would allow them to do. Couldn't of asked for more and I'm sure her next test will be a lot easier thanks to the lovely ladies at pitsea Tesco.

Lee-Anne went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a real pleasure…as I struggle choosing glasses her customer service was exceptional….I would recommend anyone to go and see Lee-Anne as not only did she choose my Frames she sorted all my Lens out and cover for scratches and Loss.. I have had so many comments on my Tommy Hillfiger and Ray band Frames my friends want to purchase them also all thanks to Lee-Ann brilliant…….
