I was so impressed I recommended my mother to buy a car from him and she ended buying a Celerio ....both cars have been great and the aftersales care has been second to none. A year ago I bought a van from Mario and it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. The van broke down (transmission failure) on the last day of warranty and Progress said they would not repair it as I couldn't prove it was still under warranty. They also told me an issue with the front suspension catching would not be a problem...however an independent garage informed me this would be an MOT fail, suggesting they let me drive a potentially dangerous vehicle. My experience turned out to be the worst of what you could fear from a dealership and I wish I'd read the poor reviews before buying from here. The van that cost me over £6000 ended up costing me a further £3k in repairs. Despite being given paperwork showing them as being an RAC Approved Dealership, this turned out to be false and their membership as an Approved Dealer ended a few years prior. Trading standards have opened a case on them. I hope no one else has to experience what I've been through. The worst customer service experience of my life.

I drove down from the Highlands to collect an absolutely mint used Grand Vitara which I absolutely love, but have to say the level of communication and service from Mario was excellent. This business has been so friendly and professional from the very first phone call - I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
