I went to Dan with a ruptured and herniated disc, he arranged for me to have an MRI and recommended a course of IDD therapy. The treatment I received was great, I went from pain every minute of every day to pain free by the end of the course (6 weeks). I was then given a programme of exercises to further my rehab and prevent further injury or reoccurrence.Dan and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and very personable.I could not recommend them highly enough!

I was referred to Sports and Spinal Physio for rehab after a hip replacement. Dan helped me considerably on the road to recovery, not only with the excellent choice of exercises but also giving me the confidence to push myself to help increase my mobility and range of movement. He has a very calm, positive and professional attitude which has helped me recover and start to get back to normal much quicker than I had initially anticipated.I'm now fully back to playing golf after 12 weeks which I would not have been able to achieve without his help and encouragement.

Katie has been absolutely amazing helping get to the cause of and solving an ongoing shoulder issue. Previous Physios haven't been able to solve the issue where as Katie has within a few weeks improved my mobility and massively reduced any pain related to the problem. I couldn't recommend then enough.

Amritha has been my go to physiotherapist since my neck injury in May 23. She had been patient yet determined to help me live pain free. The different techniques that she used not only helped me get back yo normalcy alongside her in depth understanding of the lifestyle changes i would have to undergo. I had the pleasure to be part of the SSP team for 18 months and I must say they are THE BEST!!! This role allowed me to develop significantly as a therapist, but also they gave me the chance and the support needed to work especially on those areas I knew I was less confident with. Dan is an amazing person and a wonderful mentor, always there to help and support you. All other people working there are just heartwarming, devoted and highly enthusiastic and anyone would be lucky to be part of such a wonderful team, if looking to join or if ever in need of physiotherapy support I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and dedication. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I only have good things to say about the physio practice. I have used Spinal and sports physio on two separate occasions and have been fully satisfied with every visit. The staff whether they're new or experienced are understanding, friendly, kind and extremely well educated with enthusiasm to help you get back on track with personal goals. Well worth the journey and price tag.

Sev was recommended to me when I needed to recover from a broken ankle. He is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and gentle. He has been a great help in my healing process.

Angela has been helping me to regain mobility after I had a very long stay in hospital after a back operation. She has conducted all of her sessions at my home and her approach has always been very professional and she has also shown complete understanding of my condition and, even more importantly my personality. She has carefully encouraged me out of my comfort zone and as a result I have made massive strides (no pun intended) to much better mobility. I would recommend Angela without hesitation.

I have been with Katie for a couple of months now and I am so pleased with my progress. I have had treatment before with different companies and practitioners and not seen results. i spent the day at sport and spinal physio with Dan for work experience. Dan was friendly, welcoming and helpful, and taught me a lot about what the career involves. It was clear he had a really great relationship with all his patients, some who have been coming for many years. Dan listened to his patients to understand their problem, and worked with them to create a plan unique to them. He was always calm, patient and positive and gave patients confidence on their recovery journey.
