Terrible service from the way they answer the phone hello without no company name. To the way they said 3 times they would ring me back and the way they simply hung up on me. Note to the owner of this business you and your staff are losing you money have a good look at yourself.

Been messed around for 2 days by these people told me car would be there by dinner today, ring just after dinner was told will ring me to go for it soon as it's in, 4pm I ring back before the to be told we are shut there's no cars available..now I can't get a car anywhere for the morning, thanks for having the decency to ring me and Inform me

Hired a few times the last month or so whilst ours is off the road; quick in and out with no sales pitch selling extras. Provide what you need at a good price. Would recommend.

Hired Ford Focus for 2 days, 2 drivers; £80. Marvellous. Really enjoyed the experience. No hidden extras like most other companies. Know where to go next time

I've hired vans on an ongoing basis now for approximately 6 months from Totty Van Hire. I've found them to be reasonably priced vans, ran by nice people who go out of their way to help. On the occasions where I have had issues with vans, they have been out like a formula one race team, keeping our business on the road.If you are looking for a dependable hire company who won't be looking to charge you the earth or find little snags to charge you for, then go to Totty Van Hire. You won't find better.
