Very comfortable accommodation, well equipped, great car parking, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative for us was some inconsiderate noisy student neighbours from time to time, but the staff responded quickly in dealing with our concerns. In our view, this sort of visitor accommodation should not be available to students groups as it spoils an otherwise good experience.

The best apartment I have ever stayed! I strongly recommend it! I stayed for about 9 months and I promise that they have the best service and facilities!!!

Fantastic, clean and luxurious. Communication was fast and efficient from the Glasgow team. Could not fault them. Would definitely use again, highly recommended.

Decent apartment but absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. There are no staff on the ground at all, there is a number that you can call or text 24/7. This gets you through to a central customer services, which I think is outsourced to India or somewhere similar. They are completely unable to help you with any specific request and have no knowledge of the local situation. It has been 3 days since my initial and simple request and I check in with them every day and nothing is done. I ask to be called by someone from the local destination, they say I will get a call. A call never comes. It's probably an OK place to stay if you never need any assistance with anything at all EVER, but if you have even the slightest query, you will get no help. One of the WORST customer services experiences I have ever had.
