EXCELLENT SERVICE AND TOP QUALITY ADVICE....Just thought I would share my experiences, I went in to store as my pH pen was broken and was talking to a staff member called craig I who showed me a range of different pH metres. The on I went for was priced at £42.95 which was good as I had seen it else where for £79.99 just before I purchased the metre he me ask about the problem with my old metre and he then said it sounds like a calibration issue and told me to pop it in before buying a new one as it may be able to be fixed. So I did and low and behold he got it working perfect and said see saved you £43 there. So after this I have used this store and only this store and will continue to forever. So in a nut shell they are great guys, have loads of products there, excellent staff and knowledge will not rip you off and best of all it has off road parking and drive in shutters if needed.Cannot say enough about these guys hope there continue trading forever.Cheers Paul

Total Scam company they’ll take your money and that’s all!! No communication at all, having to do a Chargeback with my bank to get my money back I recommend you all do this it’s free if you have purchased anything from these con artists. Avoid at all costs Scam firm.

Terrible company to deal with! No communication on an order that is 3 months old and never received!!!! DO NOT USE!!I emailed you a number of times and left my number! I still have the email which were sent 2 weeks after the order. Why do you have a guest checkout if it doesnt work????

Only recieved a 3rd of my order after 2 weeks! despite the 3-5 days delivery time! I am putting in a dispute with my cred card company as it took 10 days to deliver less than 30% of the goods and they dont answer calls or reply to emails. so ive been scammed in other words because i have not recieved all the goods despite all this time! Plus they cant even deliver to the correct address. they could have asked me if its ok to deliver to the billing address if delivery address isnt possible! they just sent it to the wrong address without consulting me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

might well be a SCAM website -Large order not received, no tracking info provided, and absolutely no response whatsoever to emails and phone calls - the picture appears like a legitimate shop but a shop that size would have people answering customer calls.am going to claim my money back through PayPal, I would recommend avoiding this website and buying through a reputable supplier.

Scam don't not use 48hr delivery been 5 days now nothing turned up phone number doesn't work website just takes people's money SCAM !!

Go elsewhere.Not good customer service.Maybe a scam?Done a big order in May, didn’t turn up, ignored my emails, my phone calls, my Facebook messages and still took my money. I gave the benefit of the doubt because of lockdown, but 6.5 weeks later, still nothing, not a single bit of communication.
