My great thanks and praise to the financial adviser who, with great professionality, patience and appropriate level of financial jargon and terminology, went through all the possible options for my future retirement. His interest in giving me the best advice was genuine, and I felt that it did not matter that I was not a client 'with a big portfolio' ; I got the same treatment as if I had.

The pre-retirement webinar I attended was very informative, giving information about tax and savings as well as pensions. The presenter was excellent and answered all questions in a clear way, making sure the answer was understood.
