Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Southampton West

Very professional and no issues picking up our rental car.

Really good service. Picked me up and dropped me off on pick up and return which made things easier. Staff were very pleasant to talk to. The car I hired was fab and I was rather reluctant to give it back (wish I owned it myself :)). Would recommend to others.

Staff are awesome, prices are shocking especially for a repeat customer.... saved myself hundreds with a competitor with the same style of vehicle, age, condition ( I had an enterprise car with 15 miles and this other company I am using the car had 6 miles on the clock )I just couldn’t justify the over £450 increase in price from the last hire - only last week... when not only is the car I’m now hiring cheaper on the quote for the next hire I wanted but also cheaper on the original i had last week.... same length, same time of week! Except two weeks in between and the reason I was given was ‘ we have a lot booked out so our prices increase’ NUTS!!!! Such a shame as the customer service was pretty cool!

What a fantastic service! I broke down and hired a car through the AA they had a car for me within an hour. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they picked me up and dropped me off at the end of the rental. A very quick and efficient service !

Tiny car park but helpful staff and good service.

Had to rent a van for small job, expected to be basic, but it turned out be very good vehicle. Cruise control, air conditioning, parking sensors, great runner. Rental process was very easy, staff helpful, professional, I could get on the road in no time. Returns quick and efficient. Would recommend and use rental myself again.

Enterprise themselves offer a great service, and I can't fault the staff at this branch.But the showroom" is no reflection on the business as a whole. It is basic

Sorry to say , not the usual hire experience I've enjoyed in the past.Had my hire vehicle at the wrong depot.Vehicle broke down 30 mins into journey, it was a brand new van with only 8300 miles roughly on the clock, apparently AA recovery said I had changed down and missed a gear , putting the vehicle into shutdown , worse than limp mode as complete and immediate loss of all power, this proved to be extremely dangerous as I broke down on a fast moving busy dual carriage way at the top of a briw of a hill on a bend. Luckily no incidents occurred , but could of been so much worse. Suffice to say I continued my journey after recovery guy left without any further incidents.. I would think twice before hiring a van from them again.
