E14 Dental Centre

Haven't been able to get a tooth cleaning for over a year, despite having had a baby and having all sorts of related problems. Haven't once been able to use my maternal exemption certificate and it's expiring soon... All my other pregnant friends and those with newborns have been able to access normal services. Not sure why this dentist is so poor.

Great dentist and staff fully recommended for private and NHS work

Had a brilliant hygienist experience with the hygienist, gentle hands and great advice( forget her name). Dentist VJ did my fillings and check up, smooth treatment and felt comfortable. Receptionist are nice and helpful.

Cancelled my appointments randomly, never pick up, won’t correct my details on their system. Have gone so downhill. I’ve been with them since 1995. Since their new location, they only care about £££.

My first two appointments here with the hygienist were fine, so I think a star for each is fair. I have seen the same hygienist every time. But on my third appointment the hygienist seemed very agitated and stabbed through my bib and into my collarbone and then while twirling the plaque scraper in his hand, scraped my face, leaving a small scar on my face that has faded a bit but may or may not go away with time.These are the first, second and only times anything like this has happened to me at any dental practice in my life. People make mistakes, but I honestly can't justify the risk of going in for another appointment here and will be looking for another dental practice to go to for my regular checkups.

The doctor was polite but did not give me right advise even after I insisted on an extraction. Since I was a private client, they obviously wanted to make money off me. The receptionist even tried to show me a fake receipt saying void and charge me twice. I don’t know if it’s a genuine mistake, but she dint seem to want to verify her own accounts when I told her that the money had been charged; she just agreed. So that speaks for itself. I would recommend to avoid this service.

I had an amazing experience with my dental hygienist Shapla. She was amazing and reassured me about my teeth. I not only left with clean and bright teeth but also left with confidence about my teeth which I didn’t have. So if you are looking to go get ur teeth cleaned I recommend Shapla as she did an amazing job.

I would highly recommend E14 Dental Centre. Dentists, Dental Nurses, Hygienist and Receptionists are all professional, caring and kind. Excellent service. Thank you!

Lovely dentist staff are really friendly and helpful

Overall a friendly and professional service from this dental surgery. I've always been very nervous when visiting others in the past, but I was reassured and felt comfortable the whole time when having my teeth cleaned. The surgery was super clean and the receptionists were very welcoming on the phone and in person and they dealt with me in a professional matter.I'd highly recommend booking future appointments with this dental practice.
