Big lady Worker spoke to customers rudely because she didn’t hear and understand what I requested and she blamed it on me because she didn’t want to walk. Bad service. DO NOT GO HERE!!! VERY RUDE WORKERS! AVOID!

Me and my family were served by a lady who we bought a pair of earrings from. They have very little knowledge on how to treat their customers, came across very arrogant and stand offish. I miss heard and thought she said £5 less than what was offered and she simply snapped and said ‘did anyone ask you’ back in Urdu. Only bought a pair of simple earrings as my sister liked them. Will NEVER be going in there again. Need to learn how to talk kindly and respectfully. Lack of manners act holier than thou. Get better service in McDonald’s than you will here. Disgusting.

Not happy at all there dealing with customers is at worst if u are spending lot of money the will treat u like there is no tommorow. But if u go back to them if there is problem with your goods and u want it repaired they are rude.Faisal jewellery shop know how to make customers comfortable.

I personally would not go back.When you buy gold and jewellery, the first thing is to feel a trust that the shop is not trying to just get your money. The way the guy counted my cash and the way he changed the number on the calculator did not make me feel like it's a trustworthy shop.
