Ellen was excellent. I had Physio for an arm injury and was given exercises to do at home. It is all fixed now thanks to Ellen. I also have had numerous massages and have to say they have been one of the best I’ve had.

I needed a sports massage locally so used Springtide Therapies. Kirsty was professional but also very friendly and personable. She created a relaxing environment for me, putting me at ease straight away. The massage was excellent, and Kirsty considered my tolerance for pressure/depth throughout. I have since returned several times and will continue to do so. I would strongly recommend Springtide Therapies!

I would highly recommend Springtide Therapies and give them five stars , plusI contacted them for a treatment for my shoulder pain. I am pleased to say after several sessions of physio it is now healed.Ellen an experienced physiotherapist provided excellent professional treatment and advice, throughout, coupled with a warm, caring and helpful manner.The clinic is conveniently located in Saltburn, with a beautiful treatment room.

Both Kirsty and Ellen provided me with excellent therapy after I sprained my back just before Christmas. They saw me during the holiday period, when most places were closed. I would definitely recommend their service.

After over two years of pain following a mountain crash and several sessions with chiropractors, physios etc I could only get temporary relief from back pain. After only one session with Kirsty of laser, and hands on treatment including some exercises to do at home my back pain and stiffness was almost completely gone. A further session gave me increased range of movement and pain relief.Can’t thank Kirsty enough.

I went to Springtide with a hip issue and have been amazed by how much difference it's made to have physio with Ellen. The hands on treatment as well as the exercises have helped to substantially change my situation. Ellen has a lovely, caring, warm way with people, and she explains everything in accessible language. The treatment room is cosy, warm and peaceful. I can definitely recommend!
