So excited that this has opened, it's great to have a decent grocers on the Triangle at long last! Run by Bitterne Box Co, a popular local box scheme - I already get a box from them every week and this is perfect for stocking up between deliveries, although you could just as easily do a full shop there. The shop has two rooms stacked with a huge range of produce. Most is locally sourced and/or organic - fresh fruit and veg, local cheeses, dairy and meat alternatives, all sorts of nuts and pulses and spreads and jars, ethically produced chocolate, frozen pies, and a huge fridge stocked with local beers and ciders. They also sell eco friendly household products, and there's a corner run by Art'el showcasing three local artists and craftspeople every month. Staff are friendly and I'm informed that the product range will develop over the coming months in response to peoples requests. The shop has been really nicely done up, and you'd be amazed how much is packed into the relatively small space. With the bakers a couple of doors up as well, you really can get everything you need on the Triangle now!

Lovely local store with loads of fresh good, kitchen essentials, cleaning products and much more. Really nice to see local cheeses and beers in there along with well-known vegan and vegetarian brands! The little art corner is a very sweet touch too! They also take card which is always a blessing for smaller stores! Will definitely be back!

I love this place. Decent range of veg and other things. The refillery looks pretty well stocked but I haven't compared prices vs Lemon & Jinja yet. Veg is cheap, but anything in a can or with Suma branding is expensive.Nice range of booze. Also: local business not owned by a supermarket!

Fantastic store with so much inventory! Everything from Craft beer to Vegan and Ethical produce. Not to mention the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you're local and haven't checked it out yet. Do. It is easily the best new shop in Bitterne for 15 years.

UPDATED:A quirky shop/whole food deli - but quirky in a *good* way. Do check their opening times on their website, as google is wrong.. as it often is for standalone stores‘Fill your own’ absolutely every dry food staple you can imagine, and fill your own container with olive oil or.. indeed.. olives. Or Bombay spice mix. Or nuts. The olive oil is great too and not the price of diamonds, so worth a try. It’s got a very inviting curated cheese range and a good offer in vegan alternatives.Big fans here of Imnutokay cashew ‘cheeses’ which don’t try to ‘be’ a cheese clone, but are exceptionally worthy of serving alongside real cheese with your crackers. They have quite the range of craft beers btw .. as in *really good* beers and very keen prices on them. They also do internet ordering - order over the weekend and quite probably your order will arrive in a eco friendly manner during the week.If you live round the corner - then count yourself lucky. If you’re further afield - it’s worth a trip or the online ordering.

Amazing store! Looks tiny from the outside but that impression is deceptive. So many products fresh fruit and vegetables, Refil station for washing powder/conditioner shampoo/conditioner, even solid deodorant. Fresh (picked from their own herb garden) and dried herbs. Organic/vegetarian/vegan produce. Fresh bread and cakes. A real gem of a shop.

Great little shop, especially now they have a refillery where you can buy dry goods (cereals, nuts, seeds, pasta, rice etc) and wet (cleaning/household products, oils etc) in the quantities you actually need, and in your own containers. Best range of craft beer in the city, cracking cakes and sourdough. Oh, and a fantastic cheese counter <3

Admittedly I only really come here for their extensive beer selection, but what a selection - as an avid craft drinker it’s fantastic having a shop like this just down the road! All the local produce, cakes and so on look fantastic also. Great little shop

This small, friendly shop is packed to the ceiling with enticing fresh produce and a wide range of locally-produced goods, including an excellent selection of craft ales. I've been in several times and it always seems like there's another shelf of goodies that I somehow missed before.
