This shop is always so helpful, friendly & gives good advice on tackle and has also pointed me in the right direction when I’m not sure which tackle would be most suitable, so if you’re a novice or an old hand angler you can’t go wrong with this shop.

During our holiday we looked up fishing shops & discovered this gem of a shop.My sons rod had broken so we were in the market for a new set up.This shop is fantastic, it's packed with a whole array of kit, priced well too however what made our day was the help & advice from the owner who found us exactly what we needed & made my son smile with excitement for the rest of the day. If you are a keen angler and you are going to Aberystwyth you must seek out this shop. It’s a tackle shop that’s the way it should be; a veritable Aladdin’s cave of everything you could possible need for game, sea and coarse fishing, all at competitive prices. Basil is very well informed and has always put us on to good fishing on many visits over the years. I Would very highly recommend.
