I received superb service from Helen in Timpson at Hastings Morrisons on Thursday 22 September. It was my first visit to a Timpson premises and first impressions were very good! The previous customer left with a big smile on his face, which I took to be a good sign. After some in-depth discussion about the various options, I left my Doc Martens and continued on my way to look round the town, and was amazed to find my DMs ready for collection 90 minutes later. Helen had completed an invisible repair for £7 (only one boot needed repair) and answered all my questions happily; she even compared the wear on the soles of My DMs to the soles on hers. She was friendly and helpful with a great smile, and is a credit to the company.
