Phoned at 6.02pm to discuss reducing payment plan to be told that THAT department was closed. Recent letterhead clearly states that phone lines are open 8am - 8pm but obviously only if you want to pay them !!! Nil point SSE, need to get better at customer service!!

1.I was trying to connect a new meter, 56minute waiting time on hold and the guy just transferred me to different department on the end of conversation.Called them 2min Iater only to find out that they are closed!Called next day no notes left on the account and start process from beginning.Asked to speak to manager and the call was dropped again.2. No electricity in my property and thay cannot get engineer quicker than 4 weeks later.

Didn't move accounts across correctly from spark energy, causing multiple issues which took hours to fix due to a lack of communication. Months later and I am still dealing with issues created by their lack of communication and will often say things are fixed and completed when it isn't.Wouldn't bother with the WhatsApp advisors as they will take hours to respond and pass you left and right meaning you have to repeat yourself over and over and then have to remind and repeat the next day. Phone advisors are slightly better.

I keep phoning to ask them not to send me emails as I can't read them due to sight problems. I've been promised a large print bill by post over & over, still not arrived. I'm clueless as to whether I'm overpaying or not

This is the most miserable company there is. After over a month of calling to fix ihd i get sent gas bill of 800 pounds for just 5 months living in a single apartment. I regret ever joining this company.

Apparently have an outdated meter to which I was sent numerous letters stating I need to have it changed. Engineer comes out to install new one, couldn't complete and never comes back. April bill skyrockets from £29 month usuage to £89. What do I get from customer services, 'the meter looks fine and counting correctly'. Suddenly the meter is fine when they want to collect. The engineer never came back and isn't likely too for the foreseeable future. Yay love to pay an extra £100 a/month just for gas!

Amateurs. Power cut after power cut after power cut. They need to call in the professionals to fix the problem. Preferably a group that knows high voltage infrastructure and who were not trained in Naples.
