No show. Ring them couple times said will come lately afternoon or next day. Never turn up. The telephone then jumped into voicemail or straight to hang up.

I was with Biffa for 3 years and had so many problems in missed and late collections. Thankfully after switching, the collections are on time and I don't need to wait 30 minutes on the phone to get through to their customer service.

Started off ok, as soon as neighbouring business joined same company for bin use, we got overcharged many times because of neighbours overweight bins. We contested many times but to no avail.When our neighbours left this company surprisingly our bins were never overweight again! We agin told this company that out bins were never overweight and wanted reimbursement for the flase overcharged amounts but again nothing was done and they kept their stance of OUR bins were overweight all this time!!Very unprofessional!Avoid!!!

This company arrives every night to empty KFC’s bins in Shepherds Bush at 2am / 3am in the morning and station themselves on a quiet residential road when people are sleeping vs staying on the main room. I understand they don’t close until 11pm but the driver then sits with the engine on for 20-30 minutes!!!!! Not only do you wake people up out of their sleep when you start emptying the bins you then keep them awake by sitting with the engine on that may as well be a tractor. No consideration for residents whatsoever. Please look at changing your times or at least turning off your engines if you are waiting for the next job!!
