I took two leather motorcycle tank bags for repair. They both required clips replacing and webbing straps extended. Excellent service and an excellent job. Well pleased with the results.Will definitely be using again.

I booked an appointment to go as I had a few items that needed altered and I had to bring my young son with me. I showed up and neither of the staff were wearing masks and no obvious measures were taken for safety during the pandemic. I kept my mask on and processed to explain what it was I needed altered. Before I left one of the staff had handed me the ticket for my items and mentioned quickly the price which was to be paid then or at collection. I was told they would be ready in 7 days. The next week I returned to the shop. Both staff were eating their lunch next to the entrance of the shop. The smell was quite strong. They got up but still no masks worn when dealing with customers. I queried a breakdown of the prices for the items as it wasn't clear on the ticket what was being charged per item and it didn't add up according to their price list. When I asked the guy became defensive. He kept saying the prices are from...but did not say how they could charge £11 more than their starting price. There is a complete lack of transparency with their pricing and this should be clearer before they carry out any work. On top of this they missed an item of clothing at pick up and had to ask them where it is. It arrived with a stain on the collar (possibly make up). Absolute terrible customer service and will not return.

Such an excellent service, and the result was better than what I expected. First class craftsmanship.

I took a pair of levis 501 to be shortened by about 4 inches. It was £15 for the alteration and worth every single penny. They used the original hem and just reattached it to the shortened leg. You honestly couldn't see the work that had been done, it is perfect, totally faultless. I recommend diamond stitch wholeheartedly.

Excellent service - used them to repair a torn puffa jacket- perfectly done and again to remove darts in a ladies blouse to make it larger size- worked a treat. Very skilled staff and pleasant too. Would recommend

*Wedding dress*Absolutely no customer service at all from my experience, walked in to them having lunch, I told them straight away that my dress was huge and I'd need a hand into it the lady did help me to slacken the corset back and done it back up once it was on me, which was fine. I then walk out and they start talking away to each other in another language, also fine. Pinning my dress which was fine, but noticed after standing a meter away from the changing curtain that my dress was covered in dust and dirt off of the floor!!! I advised these people a week before that I'd be there and I cannot believe that they didn't hoover or brush or even lay a blanket or sheet onto the floor for me to stand on in my WHITE wedding dress... Unfortunately I will never know if they are actually good at alterations because they were absolutely careless with me and obviously their shop too. And I won't be giving them any sort of custom. I'm now filled with anxiety and worried about getting my dress altered now too. I am not brave enough to share how I feel so my mother called the shop only to be told that it was not their fault and I didn't ask for any help and that they won't take any responsibility for it. So I do not recommend this place what so ever at all if you are going in with an expensive item of clothing as they do not keep a clean shop and it will get mucky just like my wedding dress did.

Tweed jacket needed sleeves lengthened. 4 buttons and fake buttonhole stitching on each cuff before. Maximum available exterior tweed was let out and they inserted nice pieces of similar fabric on inside and finished off v neatly with the existing liner. 4 Buttons on each sleeve moved down to sensibly reposition them and buttonhole stitching unpicked without any trace. The result is an excellent job. Cost £40 but I could have spent a day or more ending up with a bad result if I'd had a go myself so very good VFM.

Stitched a rip in my jacket and you would never know it had been damaged. Also fixed another issue with my jacket that I hadn't noticed, without charging extra. This was using their same day service. Highly recommend.
