Chyvarhas Residential and Nursing Home - Sanctuary Care

My mum got put here from hospital ,all of the staff are friendly,and welcoming,they cater for all dietary needs,they do plenty of activities,have hairdresser in frequently . lovely gardens which residents & family can go out and sit it ,also love the different areas residents can go in dining room , lounge area & quiet area which are decorated like individual rooms like in you own home .my mum has improved loads ,all staff make you feel welcome as well , nothing is to much trouble

We felt so lucky that our elderly Mum was resident at Chyvarhas. The care she received was outstanding from staff who really did care.I cannot praise the staff and management enough for their help and support.

05/04/2019 ..Do not trust this home.. They do not look after residents as well as they tell you.. A good friend died last week and they wont admit cause of death, just covered up as normal.. They shipped her body off to Camborne instead of where she wanted nearer to Camelford where she lived most of her life.. Just found out today 08/04/2019 that the home has been giving us the run around, told us she gone to Camborne undertakers when in fact she was taken to Plymouth.. Its one big cover up that will be investigated with the Police...
