Love it.Good range of sugars and whiskey right into the town? What?! Is crazy!I went there for first time and should say the guy there is super friendly and I bought a very nice cigar.Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it.

Was given details of this shop as Amazon drop off so I turned up with package.The man behind the counter tells me that it hasn't been working for 3 months. Instead of trying to listen to my questions, he simply says, Not my problem".I find it appalling that people who sell goods to the public should have such a mercenary unhelpful attitude. Only thing we can do to get rid of them is not support them by buying elsewhere. Avoid this shop if possible and support local business who are helpful and provide a good service I say."

Brilliant tobacco and alcohol specialist shop with a great selection of sugary and savoury snacks! I love the variety of products and customer service they provide and they are always my go to shop! During these times it’s important to support local and I couldn’t think of a better local shop that serves the community to its highest standards!

Only been to this shop once but what a lovely Gem in harrow , yes I also found the customer service quite good . Going there this afternoon to buy three cigars for my dinner party this evening , I know for a fact they hold good stock and being local I like to support local traders even if they are a little expensive still worth it .Keep up the good customer service that’s why we like coming back .

As a regular customer, Ive spent a lot of money in this shop, they sold me a faulty lighter and would not refund or replace and only offered £5 off for a lighter I can’t use. Terrible service
