I had paid for evening delivery. Been at home all day then I get an alert it could not be delivered and card was left. There was no knock on the door and no card was left . Matter of fact the driver never came so why lie and dont deliver parceln This just caused a massive inconvenience and that why I paid for the evening delivery.For me any potential client avoid .

Do not bother booking with this company. I had a delivery booked and collection estimate was 60-90 minutes. They called me two hours later to say they couldn't do it and tried to make it out that it was my fault for booking so late in the day...

A special thank you to SW84 Karl Davies from the Oxford Service Centre for delivering my shed and storage box from Wickes.He was a lovely man and so kind to me. I asked if he could put the 2 packages onto my patio, rather than leave them on the front drive. He very kindly said yes and carried 2 very large packages up the side of the house for me. I live on my own and was so grateful for his help. Thank you very much Karl.
