Flat N Smooth

There are hundreds of satisfied customers living in Staffordshire and Cheshire who have used Flatnsmooth over the last 11 years. Scott has worked hard as a sole trader to now have a business of great reputation and thoroughly deserved. This review is factually true and I'm sure those of you who have met Scott and used his plastering skills will conclude of a scathing review that there is likely to be more to it than meets the eye.

Second time I’ve used Scott of “Flat & smooth” Plastering. Found him to be prompt, courteous and professional. Left him to plaster 4 walls of my living room while I went away for a few days. Came back to a top professional job done, he’d even put the hover round. Would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone

Extremely poor tradesman , poor and shoddy work. Cracks were appearing in the plaster work within 1 week .Had to call him back 3 times and then use a different plaster. He has no attention to detail and is extremely unprofessional. Would not ever use him.

Excellent job, really pleased once again with the plastering work done by Scott, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him, clean professional polite and highly experienced.

Terrible workmanship and attitude. I asked for the render to be flat and smooth and it was rough with bumps trowel marks and cracks in it. His reply after going back twice to attempt to patch it up was that it’s impossible to get render flat and smoothI. So why take a job on that he can’t do. For many years render has been made flat and then painted.. Scot even charged me for a day extra that he didn’t do and he still hasn’t refunded me .
