I had very high hopes after talking through every aspect of design and my expectations, on x2 occasions before contracting. When the first attempt fell through, I was made all sorts of promises wrapped up in a 2-week delivery timeframe. Again, not only did the process fall short, I ended up being used as project manager and told to manage SFB resources directly. Which is not what you pay for as a client anyway, but for the fees we were quoted - an unbelievable way to treat clientele.
