Inverness is a lovely city. We especially loved visiting the church & walking along the Loch.

It was a complete waste of money and time. It was stopping at every stops and then coming not even to lochness and then returning again to the city. It’s better to get taxis then to take the city sightseeing bus.

I would give zero stars if possible. This was a complete waste of time and money. More time was spent boarding passengers at a couple of the stops.Our driver only stopped at a couple of the stops listed on the route. We rang for stop 5 and, no stop. Grr. No stop at 7, either. Revenue is the goal here, not a great customer experience.

Rating is not because we had a bad trip, but because we had no trip. The rides were canceled on Sunday the 11th with no explanation given. So we did not get to go to Culloden. I suspect was due to death of the queen and proclamation of Charles III as King that day.

City sightseeing is usually good but they were not running buses the day we were in Inverness because of an event that was going on later that afternoon. Why not change the route to avoid certain street closures or at least run the buses till you cant anymore? In glasgow they were good and and Edinburgh they were good as well so that is why I will give them 4 stars overall. You get to see alot in about 1- 2 hours depending on the city and route!

I was quite surprised to see a City Sightseeing bus tour in Inverness. It’s a small city and one that can easily be explored on foot.At £12 for a 24-hour ticket, it’s reasonably priced, but the stops are hardly the most exciting - with the exception of Dochgarroch, however. From here you can eat well and shop or catch one of the Loch Ness tour boats.A lot of time on this short bus tour is spent in residential neighbourhoods getting from one point of interest to another.Given Dochgarroch is served by regular buses from the city, you could save a good amount of money using these instead, and exploring the few city sights on foot.

We have always just had a flying visit to Inverness but we were staying for a couple of days so we decided to take the tour as we thought there must be more to the city than we thought.The tour cost us £18 for 2of us and it was a waste of money.Dont get me wrong the 1st part was lovely but as soon as it left the Botanical garden the rest was completely pointless..We went on the motorway for a bit,stopped in the middle of nowhere then drove round some houses then back to the bus station,definitely NOT worth the money.

Not worth the money. Only shows a hospital, a brewery and a Cathedral. Tour doesn't give any history if the city. Powers down to a cruise business to give more people money for a tour of the loch then powers back up to cover the last part of the city. Nowhere near as good as any other tour I've done.We signed up to a Treasure trail for £10 (for a family) and ended up taking in more of the city (including everything on the tour which had cost us £30).Bus tour is a complete waste of money and was really disappointing

Pending response of current email - however they have refused to refund me even though I purchased tickets the day before accidentally not releasing our itinerary. Understand I’m partially at fault but I emailed them IMMEDIATELY after realising my error. Don’t waste your time - doesn’t even stop at Culloden - rest of Inverness is very doable by foot.If their customer service decides to be reasonable & compassionate then maybe I’ll edit this review…

Don't. We spent half of the journey in the motorway. The whole tour was 35 mins ( including waiting on the stops) advertised as min 1 hour. They show you Tesco and construction sites ( not joking)
