The car park itself is very convenient, clean and easy to navigate. However the prices should really be reviewed, when it first opened the introductory offers promoted a visit into Swansea, fast forward to 2023 and to park there for 5 hours and 2 minutes on a Thursday to take my daughter swimming / for food and on a trip to the museum cost £20. Quite extortionate in my opinion considering it was practically empty.Can't help but feel there's a smarter price point to promote visits and not charge an arm and a leg. Will find alternatives in future.

I recommended this car park to a friend visiting Swansea. She got back and said it was £10 for three hours. Absolute rip off and virtually a scam. Don’t park here when it’s a third of the price over the road in the St David’s multi storey. Swansea council should be ashamed of themselves.

Although the car park it’s self was easy to access I couldn’t believe the price I was there for just over 3 hours and got charged £10 at first I thought something was wrong but based on the reviews clearly not, we don’t often visit Swansea but the car park was close to the LC, however after being ripped off it left a sour taste to the end of day so we won’t be returning to Swansea as we traveled over an hour and a halfPlease reconsider the price’s because in a climate of rising prices you should be encouraging people to use it, no wonder it was almost empty

No signs as you go in telling you prices, all covered in black tape, I would've reversed all the way back out onto the main road if I knew it were £10 for just over 3 hours.I came to Swansea to have a fun day out at LC2. This car park dramatically increased the cost of coming out and makes LC2 impractical and too expensive to justify as a day out now.No ticket as you go through either so you can verify what time you are registered as being there.Congratulations on capitalising on a necessity such as nearby parking when you are carrying a lot of items, it will be the last time I come back.

Absolutely disgusting prices for parking, £20 for 5 hours parking to watch a concert. I don't mind paying for anything but I hate being ripped off and that's exactly what this car park is...a rip off.

DISGRACEFUL! As a family we don’t often have time to frequent Swansea but we have parked here previously and it was reasonably priced. However, we came yesterday on Fathers Day to the LC2 and some lunch and a walk on the beach front. When we parked there were no signs saying prices have increased and when we returned after 6 hours 20 mins we were shocked to be faced with a fee for £25!! Will certainly not be using this car park again and this has soured our taste for even visiting Swansea again!Avoid at all costs, disgusting to be charging such fees to hard pressed families at this time!

How can Swansea City Council justify charging the general public £30 parking per day at the arena when across the road in St David's it's only £2 per day owned by ...... Swansea City Council!Word to the wise do not use this car park if you do not want to be hit by daylight robbery?I had to rate to post this but I wouldn't give even 1 starAbsolutely disgusted.

Beware....signage at the Pay stations are out of date. We were there on a Sunday and it stated that Monday to Saturdays payment is required, implying that Sunday parking was for free. When we got to the barrier to leave, we were charged £4.20. Very misleading....very poor

OMG Disgusting charg—£25 !!!!! For parking !!!!!!When this car park opened it opened it was a lot cheaper than that.& No sign up stating new charges apply just a small a4 piece of paper can barely see. It’s now Become even more expensive to visit the city centre . Obv will not park here ever again . Another nail in the coffin for dying city centre….Avoid avoid avoid!!!

The prices going up have really put us off, we used to come down regularly on the weekend, walk around the marina, have a coffee there and the stroll over into the shops for a look around and this would cost about £2 for about four hours or more. We came down recently and rushed around not to pay for more than an hour because of the massive price hikes, we haven't been back with the car since and when we came down for the airshow we came by train, much cheaper all around
