I went to purchase a present for my friend and Kristy and Andrea helped me choose the perfect handmade notebook and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. The gift was then wrapped to perfection. If you are looking for high end, custom or handmade quality stationary and notebooks scripting is certainly the only place to go! I would recommend to anyone ask for Kristy and Andrea if they are there!

A one-of-its-kind jewel box of utter magic and wonder, lovingly curated by its elegant and gracious owner Azeem and his most wonderful team, all of whom make every visit feel personal, intimate, and full of care. A must-visit for lovers of beautiful, ornate stationery, cards, ornaments, and other surprises. Compact but a place to wander around and lose yourself in, due to how jam packed it is with handsome treasures that you can definitely write home about - and with. Scriptum is such a special place and one of those local spots that make up the beauty of Oxford.

This is truly a jewel in Oxford. Step in to the wonderful, sophisticated, and often fantastical world curated by the owner and his staff. This shop embodies the values and all things treasured by the owner and his patrons. When you visit, be sure to stay awhile and examine all of the small wonders that sit amongst the lovely stationary and gifts. It is always a treat to visit Scriptum!

This store is magical, as others have rightly noted. I spent more than an hour exploring every corner of the shop. They have a huge array of stationery over 2 floors. I ended up purchasing a calligraphy set and some hogh quality ink. The young staff were knowledgeable and helpful, with just the right balance between guidance and leaving customers free to explore.

Such a perfect stationery shop!I think it has been the best I've ever seen - the design, the selection of options - everything was perfect. Everything here fits the theme. More like a tiny museum than shop!

This store is absolutely magical. If you love stationery, it’s like heaven.There was something gorgeous around every corner and there was so much I was tempted to buy. From notebooks to quirky bookends, pens, wax seals and so many bookish goodies, I would definitely recommend visiting.

From books, to pens, and other sophisticated yet elegant supplies, this is definitely the place to go to for stationary lovers and allOne favourite range of products they sell are the Palomino Blackwings, to which are reasonably priced and are recommended for every artist and musician to have! Friendly staff, soothing ambience.

I was enchanted by this store from the moment I first saw it. I couldn’t just pass it by, so I went in, where I fell completely in love with the variety and quality of all their products.On top of that, the staff have made me feel very well cared for and understood. Xenophon and Kristie, I take this chance to thank you once again. I most likely and shamefully spelled your names wrong, but you were absolutely lovely with your support and general customer care.Two other members of their staff were also impeccable, but I unfortunately did not get their names.I would definitely recommend this corner of premium quality stock topped off with the best customer service.
