We are delighted with our new car. Without Jessie having gone well out of her way to help us we were staring down the barrel of three to four months without a car or having to accept something that we did not want just for convenience.Jessie's unique blend of skills enabled the acquisition, as if from thin air, of a new Civic with such perfect timing that we did not have to pay for a single day of extra car hire.Which brings us to the service that Jessie provided for us. We were made to feel completely at ease and reassured that there was nothing that was being kept from us. Jessie had a very impressive grasp of the many financial implications of buying a new car as well as the position of two individuals unfortunate enough to have been in a crash in their previous Honda!Honda has a tremendous brand following and we are so glad to be able to continue with this. Hopefully, when we change our car again it will be for more straightforward reasons.

Great service, I live in Manchester area and they delivered my new car to my door and took my old one away, Andy was so helpful every step of the way, from sending personal videos of my car as I couldn't see it in person, to live chats with me explaining the process, couldn't have asked for better service. A very positive experience, found all staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. At no point did I feel pressured into giving a yes or no on the car. As I was going from manual to automatic, I was a little bit wary taking it for a test drive. However, Jessie explained everything to me very clearly and answered all my questions. Aaron did the handover as it was Jessie's day off - he was great, and talked my husband and I through everything again - he also added our phones onto the system to help us out. David gave me a very fair part-exchange price on my car, slightly above what had been quoted on-line which was a pleasant surprise. I bought my car on a Saturday, it was ready to pick-up on the Monday, hurried through as I had a special reason for wanting the car for the Tuesday. Am thrilled with my new car, Thank You" to all at Honda Morpeth."

I had a really positive experience at Vertu Motors, and Andy made the process of buying a car very straightforward (and actually enjoyable!). I was allowed to take the car for as much of a test drive as I wanted, and put under no pressure at all. Brilliant service from John and Sophie at Morpeth this morning. I had booked my CRV in for an investigation of a persistent problem and had reserved a loan car. When i arrived they took the car away and in 10 minutes it was back and I was also shown how to fix any recurrence. Best of all - no charge. I'll be back!

I recently purchased a CR-V Honda from the Morpeth Dealership.The overall experience was outstanding. My major contact was Andy Davis. He was excellent. He was professional, polite, friendly and listened carefully to ensure he understood all my requirements and then quickly found the car that met them. Indeed all the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mark Spring and Sophie Valentine.. I also can't praise Andy enough for his after sales service.
