seems as though the staff know what kind of questions to ask without to much knowledge themselves. Shop however was immaculately clean but was a little disappointed in selection of marines and cold waters

I was served by Robyn and she was extraordinary!!!! Extremely professional and knowledgeable in aquatics. She is very friendly and made me feel welcome. I bought my first ever fish tank set-up thanks to her!!!! Amazing employee, will be coming again! :)

Rang for help as my pump fornmy tank was leaking. Two colleagues I spoke to were very helpfull and knowledgeable. They rang there boss and resolved the problem at no extra cost. Pump is all good now.

Just finished this scape thanks to the team at Gillingham maidenhead aquatics. Grabbed a 90l low iron kit for a bargain and when the one that i bought had a leak i brought it back and got it swapped no problems at all thanks to the very freindly and helpful manager Lauren. Once i have the plants settled in and the parameters sweet we will definitely be back to stock the tank from them instead of my usual supplier due to the fantastic customer service. 10/10!P.s. water is cloudy as i reviewed straight after planting out.Edit.... now the tank is established, stock added and the water parameters are spot on, i thought i would add an updated photo...

Absolutely fantastic service from all of the staff, everyone of them are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble for them. They explained clearly what I needed to do to set up my tank and talked me through a large selection of fish that I can have that would live together peacefully..Thank you so much to all of the staff..

It's been wonderful shopping here over the last 3 weeks for the set up of my 200l tank. Lauren and the team were really helpful, genuinely helped me start the hobby and I'm really pleased with my tank 3 weeks on. Fish I bought are all healthy, happy and would recommend the store to anyone looking to get advice as well as purchase.

Very surprising and healthy variety of fish for such a small store. Had fish as small as tetras, to ones as large as L-number plecos and common catfish that my dad happily introduced to his larger tank. Understandably, most of the fish in the shop were smaller fish, however I was impressed by their goldfish tanks and how healthy the tropical range appeared to be, whether that was the condition of the fish or the tanks they were kept in. Would recommend.
