Very good value for money.Great location, clean rooms and friendly receptionist.Poor water pressure in the shower and only the room, no extra services like storage of luggage after check out. But acceptable for the great value for the price.

I was in London for 10 nights in September. Beautiful Victorian style Hotel. The rooms are not large but adequate. It was in a great location for getting around London.The Staff were exceptional kind and helpful. They made my stay very comfortable and pleasant.Thank you!Linda RCalgary AlbertaCanada

Great location if you want to travel to London. Near of the Underground station and also far enough away from the city rush. We had a great time there, you can relax in the room because it's quite silent there. The receptionist was such a nice lady and gave us also some advices where to go for breakfast and some lovely places to visit. We appreciate that a lot.

Be aware that the rooms are very small and there are extra charges for changing towels and bed sheets, which is really odd.The toilet flush was very noisy and the sink was clogged .Very bad experience.

Very nice place to stay and the rooms were clean. Great for solo travellers as well. The rooms also have a power-strip. It is very close by the Pimlico station and well connected even though at night it is relatively quiet and peaceful (except the occasional car, bus or pedestrian). Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel. Room were very small with no air conditioning nor elevator. They provided fan for the one window but in very hot weather it will be uncomfortable.

Wonderful hostesses were so kind to my family of 4. This was our 3rd accommodation since arriving in London and if we visit again it will be our first and only. Room clean and quaint and affordable. Location excellent. Safe and close to Pimlico underground. Bathroom is not large, as nothing in London is unless you pay close to £1000 but very clean and modern. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did.

very convenient location. Quite a quiet hotel on a not very busy street. This is an old house that needs renovation, the doors and floors creak. cleaned up quite clean, no bugs)There weren’t USB ports for charging, they should already be in hotels.Plus an incomprehensible requirement for additional payment for late check-in, which we only learned about from a letter after paying for the hotel.It would be nice to have a handing sign “no service today”.
