I recently saw Mr Ian Kennedy, physiotherapist, for an evaluation of severe foot pain. He was extremely thorough in his examination and recommended an X-ray. It showed the source of the pain and Mr Kennedy immediately rang me to discuss the results. I have been referred onwards for an orthopaedic opinion. Mr Kennedy addressed my concerns promptly and professionally and resolution of the problem is in sight. Thank you Mr Ian Kennedy.

I am surprised at such a low level of health care… especially Dr. Foster…. I went with a few problems the first time and it felt like I was in a car factory, did it help?? NO. because I can do a hearing test at Boots for a very affordable price... my question is why do I have to pay the NHS if I can't do it on the NHS? I asked for a referral for an X-ray of the ankle, unfortunately the doctor's answer was that it is not done on the NHS... hearing, no. ankle, no. ... for my chronic fatigue she ordered a blood test, of course it was fantastic in her opinion because I didn't get any feedback whether it was OK or not... not to mention the pain in my hand for a week and the black bruise on my arm for a week ... I gave up. but after some time I decided to try maybe one more time with another problem: sleep apnea, which my partner confirmed. sometimes I feel short of breath while sleeping and it happens several times during the night, which is why I don't get enough sleep and I'm always tired during the day. I asked Dr. foster for a referral to a sleep clinic because with such symptoms it is sleep apnea, and the doctor said that I had to refer myself, she only sent me a link to a website where I could describe how sleepy I am during the day, etc. questions and answers... leading to never. after the test, the doctor said that I did not qualify for the nhs sleep clinic and asked me to do blood tests to consider another alternative option. as if she were a specialist who would decide where to assign me... maybe because I'm Polish and gay??

Been at this practice for almost 5 years and it’s beyond superior to any other GP surgery I’ve been under the care of in numerous cities around the country, including London. Everyone really cares, from doctors, nurse staff to reception team. Wonderful bunch and I find them very efficient and quick with requests. Thank you for making mine and others lives a little easier!

It was today the 13th of December 2023 that I received a text from them that my blood and urine samples results are back and I should call them to make an appointment to discuss them.I called today a few minutes past 14.00 and the receptionist informed me that I may have either a telephone consultation (would be sooner) or a face-to-face which would be later. I chose the telephone one.The receptionist informed me that my GP would be having a few minutes for me....on the 11th of January. IN ONE MONTH TIME!

First class service from Ian Kennedy today when he saw my husband John, and great knowledge of situation. Excellent bed side manner" and explained things thoroughly and in plain terms which we were able to understand. Look forward to continuing future appointments with him."

Shocking service ! My son has been suffering for Monrhs with infection and all they did was not see him.and said the new trendy word , Its Viral ! Eventually my son developed a serious infection with pus coning out and I had to take him to Emergency Hospital. The doctor eventually saw him after 5 hours of wait and said he should have been given Oral Antibiotocs. He is still not better and all they say its viral, carry on.What these illiterate individuals don't know that if you leave an infection for too long and it's not subsiding can lead to brain damage or sepsis.I just don't understand why are they working for NHS ? Why are they taking our tax money and taking money from NHS when they can't provide good care for patients.Dentists eventually gave up and most of them are now private becauee they couldn't justify good care for their patients taking NHS money. Its very simple, if you cant care for your patients , just give the money back to NHS and go private.I am not sure how do they sleep peacefully in their bed at night ? What an unfulfilled, demoralising job it must be. You guys need to think k again why you became doctors and start caring for your patients.I have now fortunately taken Pvt medical insurance because I was fed up with this system. I still will be forced to pay my tax and still not use this unsatisfactory sevrice. This health system has become a joke. After COVID , not sure what happened, the doctors don't even wanna see patients face to face anymore. They have realised why not have an easy life when you can.Utterly disappointed.

I cannot express how grateful I am to the nurse practitioner for a swift call back this morning. I have never been a fan of phone consultations... but this call was spot on. the lady was brilliant and organised medication for me. she patiently went through instructions and also covered the subject of follow up. many thanks

Recently moved from Hertfordshire and have been amazed by this fantastic surgery - friendly and efficient reception staff through to great doctors. Proactive but also quick to respond to questions or requests. I've had no issues with getting appointments when I've needed them.

Yet again Ive had to pay to go private as the doctors here I get to speak literally don't care and expect you to live a zero quality of life. Having CFS and fibromyalgia with menapause on top I've been really suffering with severe fatigue /exhaustion,irratablity, lack of concentration and severe memory loss that I thought at one stage I was getting Alzeimers like my dad. The only time they checked my hormone levels was when I asked for blood test and no surprise oestradiol was low and testesterone. So hrt changed. I asked for testesterone as researched this can effect your energy levels and knew my level was below min and was told I couldn't have it. The doctors here are VERY dismissive and will NOT listen. You are not a human just a number on their list to tick off as quick as possible. So I go to private doctors Westbourne. I was cared about and listened too and they felt 110% menapause exasperating my chronic severe tiredness and said my testosterone was too low after I showed them my blood results and felt this was the likely factor and prescibed it.Why could not one of the doctors I spoke to here do that.????? Why did I have to go elsehere to be listened to. I literally thought I was cracking up and going bonkers and have had no life for last 2 years plus. No one should have to live this way. Was getting to the point I thought I had to give up work altogether. I had already given up one job of 8 years as couldn't get through a 4 hour shift in retail. Can't go out after 6, can't do any exercise, can't walk more than 20mins or do any slight inclines, irratable, forgetting appointments and dropping things as sooo tired but no doctor here cared.Cost me alot of money today got something I should have been able to get from my nhs doctor. Most of the great reviews on here are for Ian Kennedy the physio the only guy here that cares and listens, not for the doctors, otherwise the overall total review score would be so much lower
