A nice well presented store with helpful staff.There range is wide but always look for bargains and end of season items.Public transport is limited to the store but plenty of parking in the store carpark.

Always go here for my things, I had an issue with something I ordered online, it was almost 6 days late, the carrier was giving me lots of notifications, the Go Outdoors staff didn't know where it was, then they brought me out a life jacket that I had ordered 2 months prior which was meant to be sent back for a refund. But we all laughed and resolved the problems at hand, they found the package, the carrier had left it out of sight. I found their customer service excellent in my standards, they showed patience with me and I had lots of patience for them, 10/10 from me still :) ❤️ massive thank you to the staff on the 27/07/2023 :)

I tried purchasing an £800 bike in the Hull store that they had in stock only to be told that you can't actually take it away until you have waited in a massive queue of bikes that need repairing. I asked for the guy's name who point blank refused to give it to me. This shop was always my go to for the many outdoor activities that I do but sadly they have not only lost an £800 sale but my custom for a lifetime. Customer service goes a long way

Excellent click and collect service. The price for the 12v coolbox was also a bargain. Cannot thank Poppy enough the store assistant for the excellent service.

Absolutely shocking.... Treked 32 miles to the store to take a look at the fishing tackle.... However the whole of the Angling section was closed off and it looked like they were stocking shelves.Staff very rude

After checking the website to make sure the store was open to go and purchase a push bike for my sons Birthday. We jumped in the car and drove through to the store in hull. Walked in and all the shop was taped off and was not allowing customers to shop as there was a couple of members of staff doing a stock take. They would they let us look at the bikes or buy one. After speaking to a member of staff no compassion’s was given and was told to be on our way. No great and left my 8 year old very unhappy. Will not be in a rush to use this place ever again disappointed is a understatement
