We bought 20 sleepers From Oak Service station. John gave us information on the best way to make raised beds and was able to deliver them the next morning.Delivery driver stacked them neatly in the garden. Definitely be buying more garden bits and recommending to friends and family.

I am bemused by complaints that the price of fuel here is higher than other outlets, it is clearly because this is a local independent business that doesn't have the buying power of the major petrol station companies. The price is clearly shown and having used this place for years the suggestion of any dishonesty is ridiculous.Oak Service Station is a fantastic local business asset, the owner and staff are friendly and engaging and can't do enough to assist.

I went here to pick up a Calor gas canisters and the chap was really nice. When I arrived he was helping someone fill up their car by pumping their gas, he carried the cylinder to my car for me and when I left he was carrying a large bag of wood chippings to someone else’s car. If you want good customer service with a smile this is the place to go.Thank you.

Great for larger items for the garden, sleepers, planters etc., firewood and much more besides. The downside is that the price of their petrol is higher than at most other filling stations

Nice people. Great for garden stuff such as railway sleepers, bark chippings etc. A bit pricy though. Don't by petrol or diesel here unless you are desparate & have a full wallet. £1.65 per litre last time I checked.

Excellent price, excellent service, friendly and reliable, delivered quickly and on time. Highly recommend this firm, will definitely be using them again if I need more sleepers.

No waiting, went for kiln dryed logs and kindling etc which was loaded into my truck . Traditional service station with a garden centre.

Foreign TOURISTS BE AWARE !!!!! We arrived with 2 classic Bentley's on Monday the 9th of September 2019 at 6 pm. The service man came out to help with his back hiding the meter. But I saw that the price as GBP 1,575 per liter, later on at the next stations that the average price was GBP 1,30!!! So WE ARE ROBBED!!!!!!

Pretty sure I just got robbed by this place. The man came out and offered to fill up my diesel. £10 later and my mileage did not changed. I went back to ask him if he actually put it in and he pointed to the clock on the pump which said £10 but that doesn't tell me if anything actually came out (clearly didn't). Beware as I think he scams people who he thinks are less likely to say anything!!!!
