This lady is unbelievable! Not only did she give our dogs the most thorough groom they have ever had but she went out of her way to build a relationship with them. Ensuring they felt calm all the way through. We will never use anyone else.

Anna is a fantastic groomer who puts the needs of the dog first and foremost but also looks after the needs and requirements of the owner. Her talent is amazing, my Pup, Willow is quite resistant shall we say but somehow she always manages to calm him and get him looking amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always willing to go the extra mile if you have any questions. Could not recommend highly enough.

Anna is very professional and knows just how to make the most of my poodle Marley.
