Went for the first time last Wednesday for the boxing class, I am in my 40’s and have trained in boxing, kickboxing and Juijitsu. But this was the best training session I’ve been put through, from the fitness to the boxing combinations with footwork shown at the end of training.From the first time I entered the gym it just had a really friendly atmosphere, very family orientated where adults could bring their children along with them as they trainedChris Barns in my opinion from my first training session with him seems very knowledgable and confident in what he’s teaching, and I was very surprised how much I got out of just one training session with him.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
