If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ryan and the team are brilliant. They are truly professional and I have no hesitation in recommending their service. We were without heating and water during the heavy snow weekend due to our boiler breaking down. They could not have been more caring and considerate to our situation. New boiler fitted. Excellent service. Thank you all!!

Can't rate this company highly enough. For friendly, efficient and reliable service, look no further than this family run company. Ryan installed our boiler and changed radiators throughout, with a minimum of fuss and cleaned up after himself well. Subsequent annual services have been efficient and scheduled on time with a friendly phone call.

Had air con fitted recently in the home office by Ryan and the team. First really used it over this weekend and today (27 degrees). Glad I had it done. Great service from first contact through to installation, knowledgeable, efficient, clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommend.

Leaky radiator valve - Puddle on carpet -OMG. Need to get it fixed asap!Rang ‘local plumber’ - left message. Four days later still no response. Sent WhatsApp to Ecotech at 0800 - job done by 1600 same day.Thank you Mark!Fast, friendly, efficient and fully house trained - no mucky footprints or chipped paintwork!Result - happiness ( and no wet carpet!)

Had my boiler serviced twice now, Mark is an experienced engineer who is also very friendly and efficient. He explains what he is doing and answers any queries you may have. If there are any issues, Ecotech are very quick to respond and sort it out. I would certainly recommend them for boiler servicing and I will use them in future for other plumbing jobs I may need doing.
