Very quiet so thought service would be good but wasn’t. Ordered a lunch special gammon and had to pay extra for an over cooked pineapple ring which was actually bigger than the gammon which had a large fatty rind attached. That would have been ok but weighed down the piece of gammon so very little to actually eat. Ordered the dessert but when asked server to bring it out she said she hadn’t heard me ask for one as she was busy fixing the order she had put through for me. Hadn’t got a simple Carling, so opted for something else. Not a place to return to!

Excellent time here, Grace, the barmaid was really good at taking care of everyone at the pub and always has a smile. Staff are always brilliant and I always have a good time

We have visited the Station a few of times over the last month for afternoon food and drinks. The staff are very pleasant and so helpful. The food has always been spot on. Defiantly recommend it to anyone. On some occasions we take the dog with us, which is welcomed by the staff. We will be back very soon.

I came here for the new food by Wally J. I cannot express enough how excellent this food was! I was with a group of people, not a scrap of food was left, we were covered in chicken juices and sauce, couldn’t get the food in our mouths fast enough. Everyone passing bits of food to each other to get a taste of what the other had. Bure bliss. Personally the jerk sauce was TO DIE FOR I was legit eating the sauce alone after I’d finished my meal… to top it off the beer was also as good to wash it all down… all staff pleasant and happy to help with anything. Couldn’t have had a better evening.
